The rule#
Use Glowwer honestly, for a business you are entitled to represent, to publish content you have the right to publish, in ways that do not harm other people, other businesses, the platforms you connect, or Glowwer itself. Everything below is that rule spelled out.
Content you may not create or publish#
- Unlawful content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Infringing content — anything that uses someone else’s copyright, trademark, likeness, private information or trade secrets without permission (see the Copyright & IP policy).
- Deceptive content — false or unsubstantiated claims about products, prices, results or endorsements; fake reviews or testimonials; undisclosed paid endorsements; scams; misleading “urgency” that is not true.
- Harassing, hateful or threatening content, or content that bullies, defames or incites violence against anyone.
- Sexual content involving minors of any kind, and sexual content that exploits or is non-consensual. Adult content generally is not supported by Glowwer.
- Content that endangers people — instructions for weapons, dangerous activities presented as safe, self-harm promotion, or medical, financial or legal claims that could hurt someone who relies on them.
- Malware, phishing and fraud — links, files or copy designed to compromise devices, steal credentials, or defraud.
- Spam — bulk, repetitive, or unsolicited content, or content published to manipulate a platform’s ranking.
Things you may not do#
- Impersonate a person, business or organisation, or connect a social account that is not yours to publish to.
- Bypass limits or restrictions — rate limits, plan limits, platform rules, or the review-before-publish step — including by automation, multiple accounts, or tampering with requests.
- Probe or attack the service — scanning, denial of service, credential stuffing, or attempts to access other customers’ data. (Good-faith security research reported to hello@glowwer.com is welcome; do not test against other customers’ data.)
- Scrape or extract Glowwer’s content, prompts or models, or use the service to build a competing one.
- Resell access to Glowwer without our agreement.
- Use Glowwer for anyone under 18, or let anyone under 18 use your account.
The platforms’ rules apply too#
Every social platform you connect has its own content and conduct rules. Publishing through Glowwer does not exempt you from them, and a platform may remove content or restrict an account for its own reasons. If a platform asks us to stop publishing to an account, we will.
Enforcement#
We may remove content, refuse to generate or publish it, suspend or end an account, and — where the law requires or safety demands — report it. Where practical we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; where the content is illegal, dangerous or clearly abusive, we act first. To report a breach of this policy, write to hello@glowwer.com.
