Your content, our service#
What you provide — your website content, uploaded photos, logos, files and instructions — stays yours. You give Glowwer only the licence it needs to run the service for you, described in the Terms of Service.
The Glowwer service, its software, prompts, templates, designs, name and logo are Glowwer’s. Names, logos and content that belong to other businesses — including those Glowwer reads from public websites while building your brief — belong to them.
Upload, connect and approve only what you have rights to#
Glowwer reads your website and may pick up photos, logos, fonts, reviews and text from it; you may also upload files and connect social accounts. For all of it, you are responsible for having the rights:
- photos — you took them, licensed them, or have permission, including from recognisable people in them;
- logos, fonts, artwork and music — yours, or licensed for commercial social use;
- reviews and testimonials — real, from real customers, with permission to quote them;
- social accounts — yours, or you are authorised by the owner to publish to them.
If Glowwer picked something up from your website that you do not have rights to use in a post, remove it from your brand before approving a post that uses it. Approving a post is your confirmation that its contents are cleared.
What generated content gives you — and what it does not#
As between you and Glowwer, you may use the content Glowwer generates for you as your own, to the extent the law allows. Three limits come with that, and they matter:
- It may not be protectable. Whether AI-generated text and images can be copyrighted at all, and by whom, varies by country and is still being decided in many of them. We make no promise that you own a copyright in generated content or can stop others using similar content.
- It may not be unique. Other customers can receive similar or identical output.
- It may resemble existing work. Generated content can echo styles, phrases, names or images that belong to others. It is your responsibility to check before publishing, and ours to act when someone tells us their rights were infringed.
Reporting infringement (takedown requests)#
If you believe content on Glowwer, or content published through Glowwer, infringes your copyright or trademark, write to hello@glowwer.com with:
- your name, organisation and contact details;
- the work you say is infringed (a link or a description);
- where the infringing material is (the exact link, or the account and post);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury where that applies, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material we host when the notice is well-founded, tell the customer concerned, and may end the access of customers who repeatedly infringe. Content already published to a social platform is under that platform’s control; we will stop further publishing of it and point you to the platform’s own reporting route.
We do not represent that we are registered under any statutory safe-harbour scheme; this is our takedown process, and it applies regardless.
If your content was removed#
If we removed content of yours because of a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, write to hello@glowwer.com explaining why, with your contact details and a statement that you consent to us sharing your counter-notice with the person who complained. We will consider it and restore the content where it is right to.
Trademarks#
“Glowwer” and the Glowwer mark are ours; do not use them to suggest we endorse your business. Other marks shown in the product — including on demonstration content and in the brand briefs Glowwer builds — belong to their owners and are shown to describe those businesses, not to claim any association.
