Privacy Policy

Glowwer is a service of DesignersGrid, Inc. (“Glowwer,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to glowwer.com and the Glowwer service.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, and business details (website, Google Business Profile, service descriptions) you provide during signup.

Content you send us. Photos, text messages, and voice notes you send to Glowwer to be turned into social media content, and your approvals, edits, and instructions.

Connected accounts. When you connect social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile), we receive access tokens and account/page information needed to publish content and read performance metrics on your behalf. We never receive or store your social media passwords.

Public business information. To build your brand profile, we analyze publicly available information about your business — your website, public social pages, and public reviews.

Usage and device data. Standard log, device, and analytics data about how you use our website and service.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service: researching your brand, generating and publishing content you approve, sending you service messages, measuring content performance, improving the service, billing, support, and meeting legal obligations. We use AI service providers to process content generation; your data is not used by us to train generalized AI models for other businesses’ benefit beyond providing the service to you.

SMS/Text messaging

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Glowwer related to your account and content — including draft posts for your approval, confirmations, and performance summaries. Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (hosting, messaging delivery, AI processing, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; (b) the social media platforms you have connected, in order to publish your approved content; (c) authorities where required by law; and (d) a successor entity in a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

Your content

Photos and content you submit remain yours. You grant us a license to store, process, edit, and publish them to your connected accounts solely to provide the service (see Terms).

Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. Request deletion anytime at support@glowwer.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact support@glowwer.com to exercise them. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Children

Glowwer is a business service and not directed to anyone under 18.
